"Fast answer, thank goodness"
I had a question about my Landry’s Select account and didn’t feel like waiting around or dealing with a bunch of back and forth. I sent a message expecting it to take forever, but they actually got back to me quickly and answered exactly what I asked. Super easy, no runaround, which I really appreciated because I have zero patience for that stuff. Good customer service overall.

"Nice perks, but the rewards disappear too quickly"
I do like the perks overall, like there are definitely some nice little benefits here and there, but the rewards seem to expire so fast that I feel like I’m always trying to keep track of them before they’re gone. the rules are kind of annoying too, like you think you’re going to use something and then there’s some extra condition or timing thing to deal with. Not terrible, just a little frustrating.

"I wasn’t sure I’d use the membership..."
I wasn’t sure I’d use the membership enough, but it ended up being worth it quickly. We eat out every now and then, so getting points back has been a nice little bonus. The birthday reward actually came in handy too, which felt like a small win since I got to treat myself without spending as much.

I used landrysselect.com to check my account, and somehow, against all odds, it was actually simple. The pages loaded quickly, and I didn’t have to go on a full detective mission just to find my points and card info.
Signing in was easy too, which I genuinely appreciate because some rewards sites act like you’re trying to access nuclear codes. Everything looked clear on both my phone and desktop, so overall it was a good experience with no real complaints.

"Good rewards, but the app could be much better"
I really like the idea of the rewards program, and I think a lot of other customers probably do too, but the app itself can be frustrating. It logs me out more often than it should, and sometimes my points don’t show up right away. I tried checking offers before dinner and the page just kept loading, which was annoying. Finding account info isn’t as simple as it should be either. It does work sometimes, but for such a big restaurant group, I think most people would expect the app to feel a lot smoother.

I ordered a gift card from Landry's Select Club for my dad, it just felt like it was going to be fine from the start. I was doing it a bit last minute, so I had that small nervous feeling, but the email came through quickly and the balance details were easy to understand.

"Priority seating made a difference"

"Activation took way longer than it should have"
Signing up was easy, but then I was stuck waiting forever for the activation email to show up. It made the whole thing feel more frustrating than it needed to be, and I kind of felt like just another ticket number waiting in line instead of a new customer trying to get started

The points seem to add up fine, but trying to redeem them at certain restaurants was kind of confusing. It’s hard to describe, but it just didn’t feel as smooth as I expected. It works overall, just could be a bit easier.

"Easy reservation, but still had a short wait!!"
I booked a table through Landry's Select Club and it was super easy to do!! The confirmation came through quickly, so no complaints there. When we got to the restaurant, we still ended up waiting about 15–20 minutes past our reservation time, which was a little annoying. The staff was nice about it though and handled everything well. Overall, it definitely helped, just wasn’t totally perfect

"Nice little perks right away"
I signed up for Landry’s Select and got the welcome reward fast, which was a nice surprise. I used it at dinner and it was super easy, the staff knew exactly how to apply it, so there wasn’t that awkward “let me ask someone” moment. Weirdly, I remember the server had a tiny pineapple pin on their apron for some reason.

The birthday reward was the best part. I used it for a low-key meal out, nothing fancy, and it still took a decent chunk off the bill. Always feels good when a reward actually works the way it’s supposed to.

Overall, it’s not a complicated program, and that’s what I like about it. If you already eat at their restaurants now and then, it’s definitely worth signing up for

Had dinner here i kind of regret not trying it earlier. Our server was really nice, and the food came out quicker than I expected. It made for an easy, relaxed night.

"Food was REALLY good"
I ordered through Landry’s Select everything was super fresh and tasty. The steak was cooked just right, the sides were still hot, and the whole order felt like they actually took their time with it. I was REALLY happy with the meal overall.

"Great first impression, but a bit hit or miss"
My first impression was that this was a really convenient idea, especially if you have Landry’s spots nearby. When it works, it’s genuinely useful and makes things easier. The only downside is that not every location around me seems to accept it, and sometimes there aren’t many easy openings. So for me, it’s been good when I can actually use it, but a little hit or miss depending on the restaurant.
